Today alhamdulillah we have a buyer already. They will pay the downpayment tomorrow or the day after. Mcm sedih pulak kan....5 years in that house. 2 children we born there. So many happy and sad moments. Banyak keringat and idea yang telah di curahkan ke atas rumah yang comel itu. We had managed to make it a cozy home for the five of us.
Hope that the new couple will have a good life there.

huiyoo dah nak move ke laman putra hehe. i like the layout, single extry/exit, underground utilities etc.
in case putra point jadi congested macam taipan, boleh tumpang2 parking free

I was too sentimental to leave the old apartment, so when the owner decided to sell, we bought;). Now, kosong for a year since we moved in the new one, but will do some reno soon and let out.

aj: Pearl in Putra Permai 10/1. Dah 2 yrs dah rumah tu but tak terjual..still with devper so still get 7% disc. Fikir punya fikir LP takde land Pearl adalah skit land for the kids to run around. So pilih pearl lah akhirnya. Nak buat camne LP corner tak mampu you...

lzd: It takes time to make a house into a 'home'. Take your time. Nowdays with money you can make a hse into show hse lah but not home.
Ingat nak email you and ask a few things.

Anyway, solid wood is ok provided that you really need to do treatment before installing. We were not informed and only did after, but still ok. And must continue doing for 2-3 times a year. Time installation tu, I ada tak puas hati, sikit aje but Ikea replaced with new top. Since yang baru masih belum pasang, I pakai je yang lama without treatment...but to me solid wood is ok, treatment is to make it last longer. And ingat to always wipe as soon as lepas masak as the grease tu kalau melekat susah sikit la hilang. Hari tu masa nak dapat top baru, I ada peluang to tukar but I stick to solid wood juga. Hope that helps.
eh macam samalah kita. rumah i yang first dan comel pun warna macam you gak. kuning. tapi bilik warna pink I. yang kedua earthy tones. tapi now earthy tones lagi banyak choice. when i wanted it 3 years ago tak berapa best.
sedih kan tinggalkan rumah.

no lah, that's my cousin's myvi. she's just been posted to smk ttdi jaya, tumpang rumah in between finding the right place to rent.
Alhamdulillah ada good buyer..kalau dah put effort and decorated with agai2 memories apalagi anak2 were born there, memang sedih but i believe shifting to a biggerand newer house makes us excited also kan? selamat mendekorasi rumah baru..
