D'Passion 24x75 but endlot 29x75 without land. 5 bedrooms nice finishing. Timber strip and all. Will be ready in Aug 2007. This house is in Laman Putr@ Putr@ Heights. Nice concept with the designer home as neighbours.
Plan: Extend the kitchen to accomodate wet kitchen & do up the courtyard.
Pearl 24x75 corner lot. 5 bedrooms but finishing is not as nice as DPassion. Parquet flooring for 1st floor. Can move in when loan is approved.
Plan: No more extension only upgrade finishing esp flooring.
** Please helpp I was given 2 weeks to choose. The $$$ is basically 'sama'.

wah...both lawa2. i prefer the first, tapi kalau ada courtyard, i would opt for the 2nd one. my house ada courtyard...mmg menyesal beli. nothing to do there and it takes up valuable space that can be used for other things...bilik budak2 ke...
i'd go for corner lot. more option for future.
i'd buy both! hehe. take the corner provided cost with upgrade of flooring still about the same.

eiseai: The courtyard is outside not internal so ok lah lagi pun we all jenis suka breakfast kat luar.
ninuk: Yes...more options = projects = more rm keluar :) but ya lah can opt to stay there for a looong time since ada space nak perbesarkan rumah in the near future. Value for moneylah that hse since still dgn developer can still get the 7% bumi disc.
moshimoshi: We wish we can afford a corner in LP but what to do budget takat tu saja. Flooring shd be less since no additional drafting exp and misc exp and byk choice. The hse wl be near to yours lah (you rent out) since this is in PPermai 10/1 something.
I definitely take the corner lot - no courtyard like eiseai said, buang space.
i'd probably go for d'passion - bumi discount and better pricing option when you want to sell it later. plus, its nice to move in to an empty house, can decorate it your way :)
oo: Weh...miss you all kat efx2 lah sob..sob..sob...to be practical - corner lot.
nae: Pearl is still with developer so still get 7% disc tu yg pening kepala. If we go for it we are the 1st owner. My husband is soo strict on not buying 2nd hand.
