Memories in 2009

Looking back, 2009 was indeed a GOOD year for our family in TigaTiga. Quite a number of achievements indeed.

The Head of the Family & Moi

• Alhamdulillah he was appointed as ‘P’ starting 01012009.
• He travel to Korea, Milan & Barcelona.
• He started playing golf (not that I 100% agree with this).
• He started visiting his parents once in 2 mths. Day trip KL-KB-KL
• I think I has been following the flow in 2009. Nothing much to shout about moi.
• Earlier part of the year saw me cracking head with my children’s birthday party. No party in 2010.
• Managed to plan quite a number of get away for the family. Holiday or work+holiday get away. The RoadTrip was great. Had fun in Penang. I want a jacuzzi please. But have not succeeded in coaxing mr to go for holiday overthesea yet. Am not good at sweet talking *rolleyes
• Quiet a number of work done to TigaTiga. Decorating part with stickers and what not. We also gave #33 a new coat of paint.
• Am not very adventurous on cooking and baking. I need a new MIXER, ok.
• Spend quite a lot on books-clothes-pinggan mangkuk during the year. Should slow down.
• I’ve read quiet a number of books in 2009. Some of the books were bought very cheap rm5 but nevertheless gave me much satisfaction.
• We went thru the house buying process for the 3rd time. Alhamdulillah, the apt has been occupied for the last 6 months with prompt payment.
• Alhamdulillah we have some extra so that we can help others.
• We found cleaner for Ma’s hse in KB and managed to do some beautifying session during raya and whenever we went back.



The Children

• Afiq has done quite well but not too well during his pksr2 *sigh
• Alhamdulillah he managed to finish reading al-quran
• He is not a bookworm but he do reads because he always share with us new things. Tak tau lah bila dia baca.
• He did well in tkd. He didn’t enjoy backstroke so he stop going to the swimming class right before ramadhan.
• He had high fever that lasted for 1 week somewhere in April. I was sooo worried.
• Sarah has turn into a BIG girl during the year. Ever ready to start BIG school. She started reading al-quran.
• She started exploring the computer and love it to bits. She demand to have her own facebook in 2010 *rolleyes
• She is now on two wheelers. She asked ayah to wake her up early morning 6.30am so that she can practice cycling.
• Her competitive spirits become so obvious that I decided to slowly talking to her on the possibility of facing a shortfall.
• She fell ill during the H1N1 alert period. She went for the test and Alhamdulillah the test turn out negative.
• Hannah erm…loves drawing and she said she can draw like Einstein (astro guy) ok. Still observing her mirror writing and give her the 1st few months of 2010 before doing anything.
• Still sleeping next to me. Yang ni tak tau la bila nak berubah.
• The clown in the house but her questions made us stop and think. Ooo….so observant this girl.
